In case of any failure during guarantee period, please send the device to our head office, located in Istanbul, or nearest contracted sales store to your location. Also note that the products which has exposed to high voltage, managed by unauthorized staff, with missing serial numbers and parts or damaged are kept out of guarantee conditions.
Remote control and system check up can be accessed on modem based devices without having to send.
Reparation of non-transportable devices are taken care by contracted sale stores' technicians.
Potential problems will be minimized via downloading user manuals.
